Should you need us to buy parts, we can do so with no fee . You also gain access to the Care Free Nest team of experts. For larger projects requiring specialists or for unexpected issues, Care Free Nest can find and coordinate with vendors on your behalf, though the cost of specialty services will be billed to you. This includes situations with built-in appliances needing repair or replacement recommendations. Furthermore, you'll get access to the Care Free Nest App, allowing you to schedule appointments, communicate with your manager and our team anytime, and add new tasks to your to-do list. Our specialist can complete minor electrical and plumbing jobs, as well as standard handyperson tasks around the house that can be completed in less than 1.5 hours per job. Our specialist can typically complete 95% of tasks themselves. When a job does require a specialist, like electrician or gas engineer we’ll connect you to the right vendor and coordinate the process on your behalf. These costs are passed to you.
